ABOUT AEMILIA
I have been photographing things that move for as long as I can remember. My field is motorsport, automotive culture, and aviation: cars, planes, racing, the kinds of moments that vanish if nobody captures them.
I went to Queenswood School in Hertfordshire, then to DLD College in Westminster for my A-Levels, where I studied Photography, Graphic Communications, Media Studies, and Business, and graduated as a straight-A student. I am currently completing my BA (Hons) in Commercial Photography at the London College of Communication, part of the University of the Arts London.
My work has been exhibited at the National Portrait Gallery in London and published through Spacesuit Media, Autosport and F1 Journal. Commissions have included Formula E, Extreme H, the Goodwood Festival of Speed, the Concours of Elegance at Hampton Court, Nicholas Mee Aston Martin, Porsche, Vertere Acoustics, HQ Aviation, and the 2026 Subaru Winter Experience in Northern Wisconsin.
I am London-based, but I work worldwide. The studio is comfortable and I am perfectly competent in one, but there is no better set than somewhere new. The job has so far taken me to Miami, Monaco, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Tokyo, and the frozen lakes of Wisconsin.
Beyond the camera, I take an active interest in the businesses I work with. Photography is a commercial discipline, and the most useful thing I bring to a client is not just a picture but an understanding of what they are trying to achieve and where the gaps are. I spend a lot of time thinking about how the people in my network might benefit from knowing each other, and some of the most rewarding work I have done has come from introductions and collaborations I have helped put together rather than from briefs I have been handed. It is a part of the job I genuinely enjoy.
